I use to believe the customer service was top notch AT CVS but since they put self checkouts in the stores there is never anyone at the counter you either have to ring a bell for someone to ring u up or ring yourself up. I don't know about anyone else but that is NOT MY JOB AS A CUSTOMER and forcing me to wait for an employee to come to the counter is RIDICULOUS.. CORPORATE Companies need to do better CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WHAT GOT YOU TO BE A CORPORATION.

Cvs used to be the best pharmacy store nearby for me, I never had any problems with this store until recently some of their employees are so Rude & Entitled and sometimes u even have to wait for help and theyll take like 10 mins to come to you , even if you were to lose something in the store they will not help you so dont even waste your time tbh. I used to go to this store for buying my gift cards and if you ever ask to void a transaction theyll act like youre slow and play in ur face.

The employees at CVS are some of the kindest people I've met in the community. Several times I have been helped beyond what is required. The professionalism and kindness is much appreciated. The points I get from my purchases really do end up helping. I've found some excellent deals on different things . The pharmacy is usually busy, but even so ,they still get it done in a timely manner. They surprised me with that part. The service is excellent and I appreciate what they do. Very knowledgeable . Love to see the smiling faces.
