I just bought my 2nd home after searching for literally multiple years and Brad Thelin was by my side the whole way until I finally closed. He guided me along, from start to finish, every step of the way. I was initially connected to Brad randomly, via an automated Zillow response, and right out of the gate, he was so responsive (yet never ever pushy) and really helpful, beyond compare. I found that buying a second home wasn't as straight forward as buying the first home due to the complexities of the loan, a larger down payment and all there is to consider regarding a rental property and what that management entails. Brad has so much experience with every aspect of buying and selling homes and a willingness to really explain and brainstorm and chat through everything. There are certain things I had a challenge with grasping in the process and Brad had endless patience explaining and re-explaining things until I was comfortable. He made it a truly educational experience for me. Additionally, he was great about being available for walkthroughs. He looked at many homes with me (day and night) and helped me to identify any red flags or issues and similarly, helped to ease my mind about making offers when he thought a home was in good shape. He has the ability to notice far more during a walkthrough than I ever would on my own. He knows what to look for and is very transparent and upfront about what he sees. Brad endured me putting more than one offer on a home before ultimately landing my actual DREAM HOME. I let him know that I would like to work with him to buy/sell homes for the rest of my life. He has such a talent, he is extremely intelligent, so well versed in the field and to boot, he is good natured and an all around pleasant person to do business with; someone who really cares about his clients, even after the home has been purchased. I could go on and on. Bottom line, Brad is the best best best. I'm so grateful and lucky to have been randomly connected to him on Zillow years ago. Now I have a real estate agent for life. I highly recommend Brad Thelin if you are looking to buy or sell!
