Staples Travel Services

I thought the office services at Staples worked very well in terms of availability for customers and user-friendliness. The self-service fax/printers have instructions posted on the machines themselves for those who may not know how to operate them. Additionally, I was so pleased that there are UPS services offered at the customer service counter. Packages are accepted for return at this site, too.

Just left there after having to fax some thing I have to say the gentleman older blue shirt, glasses was so rude and dismissive. You would think I was bothering him at his job in customer support. When I was finally leaving another woman came in and seem to have some issues at the copying machine and basically he would just bark orders at her from over at the desk and obviously she was having a hard time understanding. I know sometimes customer service can be tough, but if you cant handle it, you shouldnt be in the job I will never come back here again

4/29/23 I have consistently received wonderful help from Angel at Staples, Hadley, MA. He is knowledgable about items in the store, he is respectful, polite, and ready to help right away! He was also very patient and kind with my elderly family member. Thank you Angel! I hope you stay at the Staples Hadley, MA.! I shopped at the Hadley Staples store on 4/29/23. ~R

The website is absolutely abominable. Said the printer was wireless when it wasn't. Had to go twice in two days. The staff isn't exactly award winning either. I was the only person in the store, and still I was standing there waiting around. Not sure if it's corporate policies that make returns such a hassle, or an unwillingness of the staff. Either way, I'm disappointed with my experience.
