        I3ilal is extremely rude!! Horrible customer service. If you want service with an attitude go here. I would drive across town rather than drive here. UPS zero stars. Not recomended.

        The customer service is lengthy and horrible. The reps curse at each other and manager BILAL pops gum while he speaks to you. It's a hot mess. We deserve better service in the hudson community.

        One of the indian employees Bilal is extremely rude and he charges for printed materials depending on how he feels. There are two guys that work there. One is in his twenties and the other is in his forties. Their sign says to print "1-10 pages are $2" and "more than 10 pages are $0.15 each". I was charged $.20 per page up until this guy started working at this location. Two weeks ago, I printed one page and he said it's $2 for that one page. When I asked about the sign, he mumbled and said, "it's for established printed materials. But this time, I'll let it slide and charged you $0.35." My friend printed seven pages today and the guy charged him $5. He also mocks people's pronunciation if the customer doesn't speak English fluently. Being an indian himself, he should be more sensitive and be mindful of English Language Learners.
