Best Buy

This place used to have just about everything that a best buy should have. The last few times I've been there, there's been quite a bit of empty shelves. Another thing is the lack of employee's. Used to walk in the store and within a minute or two, an employee would ask if you need assistance. Now you can barely find someone for assistance. Similar experience with cashing out, now there's barely any cashier's.

We bought an open box TV, which, according to the sales associate, was of the highest level. We bought mounting hardware and used the Geek Squad to install it. When the box was opened, there was no remote and power cord. So, the Geek Squad could not complete the installation. So, no biggie. I went to the store, based on advise from the Geek Squad, to get a power cord and remote. I got the power cord from a young lady positioned at the front of the store, a management type. I drove 25 minutes back home and found that the power cord didn't work. Back to the store, where I was greeted by a nasty, arrogant individual who essentially told me there was nothing he could do. He told me to call Samsung!!! No such thing as Customer Service at Best Buy Cape Cod. We bought a new TV elsewhere!

Trash. Garbage. 1 untrained cashier, no help in any department, toys and games stocked on shelf with pricetags but "unavailable for sale", they just take it at the register and say you can't buy it. Manager "unavailable to help", this whole store is a frustrating, disorganized mess full of apathetic, disintetested staff. 0/10 do not recommend. Shop literally anywhere else. Anywhere.
