Based on all of the reviews how has the front desk woman not been fired? If I could give this place a zero I would. My dad is an 81-year-old man with Alzheimer's disease. It is difficult to get him out of the house due to his confusion. He fell a few months back and knocked out three of his teeth. When we brought him to this office, they told us that there was nothing they could do except for Poel all of his teeth - not exactly a solution. Today we were able to convince my dad to leave the house, which is no small feet. This office demanded that we show up in person to request the medical records so we did. We stopped there prior to his other appointment and requested that she sent them over. We were met with nothing but bad attitude, worse service, and a seemingly bitter person who has zero interest in helping patients in need. Larissa was extremely rude and continued to refuse to send the records, stating "I will do it when I have a chance" over and over. people working in medical facilities are not the gatekeeper of information, they're supposed to be helping the people get the information out to where it needs to go. After much pleading, it was very obvious we were not going to get the help that we needed. Do not come to the dentist office if you care about your loved ones.

UPDATE: its absolutely comical that they try to gaslight you. theres multiple other reviews stating how awful and rude Larissa is. Do something about it. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!! I brought my elderly dad, who has Alzheimer's, to this dentist office hoping for compassionate care and restorative work. Instead, they callously suggested extracting all his teeth without considering his overall health or dignity. The manager, Larissa, was shockingly rude, withholding information and making us jump through hoops just to obtain his medical records. It's clear she lacks any semblance of empathy or professionalism. Avoid this heartless establishment at all costs if you value your loved ones' well-being. Larissa is absolutely awful.

It had been many years since I had been to the dentist . Atlantic Dental and Dr. Todd were recommended to me by a friend. I am so happy I went . Dr. Todd and the dental hygienist were extremely kind and helpful. I needed quite a bit of work done and Dr. Todd went over everything in detail and helped me create a game plan around my schedule. Larissa . Who runs the front office is amazing in her own right. Shes caring and friendly . Always asked how I was and how my children were . She made sure all my appointments were on days and times that were good for me and always called to remind me . At the end of it all, I had my beautiful smile back and it was better then ever because of these amazing ladies , who I am so grateful for.

This place is horrible!!! Needs to be shut down, if you read the reviews there are MULTIPLE complaints about the front desk lady as she is very rude and disrespectful, my son had been going there for a while and has been literally denied care because the female dentist refused to work on his mouth. He also has had to get a crown re cemented TWICE as it kept coming out only a month after getting it done, the last incident that occurred was that he had a cavity that was causing him a lot of pain and when he went there to to get a filling the dentist took one look and without any imaging said there was nothing that could be done but to pull the tooth, due to the immense pain my son hesitantly agreed to get the tooth pulled because he assumed he was getting the best professional opinion, The dentist applied the Novocain to the area and before it could even kick in The male dentist began to yank The tooth out of my sons mouth with so much force that the tooth broke into pieces and had to be removed piece by piece. After the horrific operation he was casually sent home with nothing but a prescription for Motrin which can literally be bought over the counter.. if you love your teeth I would SERIOUSLY WARN YOU to not come to this office.

#1. Your father's ONLY appointment at our office was on September 29, 2023. No one recommended that they “Poel” (I presume that your meant “pull”) all of your father’s teeth. The doctor recommended that select hopeless teeth be removed due to infection only, not all of his teeth. We document every patient interaction, whether it is in person or over the phone. Please stop being so libelous. He was never brought back to remove the infected teeth. Again, I hope your father receives his treatment. #2. You recognize that Larisa told you that she would send the information when she had a chance, so what is your issue? We are medical office. We had patients in the office that require our attention as well. You wanted it right that moment and felt entitled. #3. I have a parent with Alzheimer’s as well. We have many patients that are at varying stages of the disease. We have patients who are on the spectrum, who have Down Syndrome. We accommodate everyone despite it being a feat, at times. Please, stop dragging us through the metaphorical mud. Your father has treatment that is needed. Please make sure that he receives it at his new office. We wish you well.

Our office serves people with all types of needs, including Alzheimer's. I have a parent with Alzheimer's myself. It is very challenging. However, the experience that you had today had nothing to do with your father's disease. This is an issue of you and your sister not getting your way. We received a call stating that your father was going to be treated at another office. That is fine. We have a protocol, as do all dental and medical offices, that requires a signed release and a reasonable fee ($25) for the release of a patient's records. This could have been taken care of any time during the past five and a half months, but you waited until today. This was an issue for you because you were taking your father to his new dentist right after signing the release form. You subsequently demanded that our office manager cease all of her work in order to send your father’s information. Larisa stated that she would send it as soon as she had the chance. That was not good enough for you. I think it is compassionless for you to demand that we stop our work for our patients to accommodate your schedule. Your father had one appointment with us during September of last year. It was determined that he had treatment that needed to be completed. His treatment was never scheduled or completed despite appointments being offered. We have been available to you and your father. We cannot treat someone who does not have an appointment. I hope that you find a dentist that works for you. Your father deserves that. I understand that your situation is difficult. Please stop being the obstacle that stands in the way of your father’s treatment.
