Went here last month to get a new phone. While purchasing this phone I was switched to 3 different people because apparently customers that came in after were more important than myself. After I got the phone I received a call about 2 weeks later from the store from the man who was originally suppose to be helping me, he told me that I didn't pat for the tax on my phone before I left and that I NEEDED to come I. And pay it. Pretty much harassing me through the phone saying my server would be shut off if I didn't. The day I left with the phone the 3rd person I got switched to who was also helping 3 other people told me I was all set. I called customer service and was told that the employee lied to me and that when situations like that happen that there's a particular protocol the employees are suppose to use, and it's not reaching out to the person directly and harassing them. I will never be back in this store I already talked to customer service about the situation and was told that she would call me back when she got back from her vacation.... she lied apparently because it's been over 2 weeks now and I haven't received a call. I will never be back to this location. I was treated like a second class citizen while I was there and was harassed 2 weeks after I purchased the phone to come back to the store and pay it. Also never received an apology call from the store manager or even the customer service lady for your company's unhinged employees actions. Worst place to get a phone.

Jeremy and the whole team were amazing! I needed to upgrade my phone and they made sure to help me get the best deal. I had to go in a few times and each time I went in the service was better than the last. The best store and team!
