    My experience was quick and all but one staff were very pleasant and accommodating to my disabilities above and beyond.The one staff member was the receptionist at the Information booth who was very rude and appeared to think she was going to intimidate me by trying to tell me I must wear a mask in any medical facility to which I know not only due to my unique conditions she was 100% wrong and the fact there is a State Law called the Public Accomodation Law that is a civil rights protection of all citizens in Mass. the right to enter any public building medical and all to which she refused to look at my documents and felt the need to try and embarrass a mute disabled person who knows his rights as he has been through this rodeo 100s of times with the ignorance of such staff members as herself.I truly believe she should be relieved of her duty as the other staff member quietly looked at my documents and was pleasant but she had to be rude.I had already finished my process and dealt with at least 10 different staff members but she felt she was above all of them and going to put me in my place well that is not professional at all and she should be terminated with such an attitude to feel she is better than a disabled citizen who was just sitting quietly waiting for a ride with his proper respiratory supply on which is an HME filter connected to my airway around my neck and I dont need some ignorant person telling me how to properly care for myself I am well aware I need much more protection from the environment I am in and wont take anything from those who are just programmed citizens who are unaware of the reality of what is going on around her.

    I had Cardiac Perfusion Test done Today. All staff was friendly and courteous and professional. Answered extra questions ( becasue I can be inquisitive!) Excellent appointment!

    It's ok sometimes just DONT call them or you'll get aggravated because they don't know what your talking about and will give you an attitude. The front desk on the 3rd floor is the worst. They will call you very last minute to cancel an appointment. Sometimes your appointment will just change randomly and no one will notify you. Thank god I only have one more appointment here.
