    I ain't going to sugar coat anything. I will never ever buy a car from Charles Auto again. They sold me a car that wasn't safe to drive. It broke down on me as soon as I left their lot and again. I have been getting on going issues with my car ever since.That 90 days warranty it was straight B.S. even when I brought the car to them because the battery was dead and they had the nerve to replace it with another a dead battery and lied about it. I had to go buy a brand new battery and starter out of my own pocket. I invested thousands and thousands $$$ to fix all the repairs. I wish I knew what I was getting into before I bought this vehicle. I don't care what they have to say. But they were dead wrong for selling me care that wasn't safe especially a single parent with children in the car.These people should have been honest and give another option that will be safer for my family.

    It's a shame I had to leave this negative review.. waited few weeks for truck to be ready as they worked on the rear wiper picked up the car and day of purchase drove it away and let them know that the rear wiper still wasn't working.. I was told that they would ask mechanic when he would be available .. but unfortunately they never got back to me. I figure I wasn't going to win that one since it's not something that's needed to pass inspection so I figured I'll take the loss on that one..Then the vehicle failed inspection for the emergency brake and some light bulbs . I asked my personal mechanic how much he would charge to give an option to Charles Auto in case they want to use my mechanic since the previous mechanic had the car weeks to fix w.e and still doesn't work. At that point they did reply to me and told me to use my mechanic and they would pay the bill I should have known better as now when I text I just get blown off no reply .. disappointing ..

    Do not and I mean do not go to Charles Auto unless you want to end up with no vehicle after 8 months and a car full of damages beyond repair. And all thats guaranteed is an inspection yeah guarantee of a vehicle of more than a year is a no go and good luck getting out that finance because not even that helps not even the warranty that they provide. Never again Charles Auto can not be trusted and I have the receipts to prove that worse part was to find the receipts of the previous owner as well of how bad that vehicle was in the first place upon selling. My response: Lets be fair and honest my brother test drove the vehicle and brought to you some issues and you claimed things wore done and taken care of we trusted your word on it and said it would pass inspection what vehicle wouldnt and since 2 days since I left your lot things started happening with the vehicle after two weeks and finally getting my registration obviously over the 125 mile mark to deem it a lemon vehicle nothing could be done by that specially after contacting you about $6000 worth of damages which by the way warranty did not cover not one and obviously because of how costly no matter which mechanic I brought to engine finally gave out and it have not been 9 months its been 8 reguardless the number of times Ive contacted you for issues have been out control because of a passed inspection and lets be clear I never got a previous owner report

HiI remember this vehicle and our conversation a couple weeks ago. As I mentioned in the state the warranty for a vehicle for 124,999 miles is for guarantee of inspection. You were then given a 12 month/12 thousand mile extended warranty. Unfortunately by the time you had the issue we spoke about, it had been 9 months and already over 12,000 miles. The warranty was them voided. We cannot give personal guarantees on a vehicle 9 months later. The receipts from the precious owner were left in the owners manual to show you previous maintenance done before we purchased it. I am sorry you feel wronged by this experience but there was nothing that could have been done at that point. Thank you.
