Evans is the best apartment manager and maintenance anyone could have. Considerate, responsible, helpful and kind! He should be the manager of the place. Also keeps the place safe. He is one of the main reasons am staying in that apartment complex.

They will ignore your noise complaints. Even when you have neighbors who party past 1am with their bass so loud you can hear it throughout your entire apartment and it gives you a severe headache. Or when the same neighbors think its normal and acceptable to vacuum their entire apartment at 4am. They wont even respond to your noise complaints. Your emails get ignored. Wouldnt recommend if you have a baby like i do. Maintenance is great though.

My mom and I have lived here for 5 years now and we are truly blessed to call this place our home. We went through a hiccup moment as our income drastically reduced due to some medical matters, and that affected our rent payments, but we made it through by the grace of God and still have a place to call home. We love Evans, Susan, Maureen, Cece, Peta, and pretty much everyone in the leasing/maintenance/management team. If something needs to get fixed, the timeframe to get the matter fixed is pretty reasonable. There is always room for improvement and I think with every change they implement they try to do that. PS. Maybe having a pool will be nice .
