        Having lived here for the past two years, I can say the building, facilities, and staff have drastically improved. New management has done a great job of taking care of all residents needs as well as updating and adding new communal amenities

        I have been living here since December. I was initially hesitant to live with assigned roomates, but the manager (Sherry) has been amazing at resolving any issues that arise. She was also kind enough to retroactively apply a rent discount I did not realize I qualified for when I moved in. The facilities are amazing for the price, and I have been recommending the building to all my friends.

        Worst management ever. They are always rude and least responsible. Your ordered packages will keep getting missed and they are least bothered about them. The way they respond is unacceptable. Never gonna suggest this Appartments to anyone.

        I enjoyed my stay at the Edge for the couple of years I was a resident there. Sherry was a great landlord and was very responsive and helpful to any and all issues that I had while staying there. My apartment was well furnished and I really enjoyed how the placement of roommates was. Getting my personality matched up with my roommates was one of my favorite things about this place outside of all the amenities it has to offer. This is a great spot for any college aged person or even someone who needs a fully furnished or good spot to stay at!
