        AT&T is an awful company and seemingly, almost everyday, I regret falling for one of their promotions. Don't do it. The amount of aggravation and frustration this company has caused is unapparelled. ANY single thing I try to do, whether it's adding a line, adding an authorized user, completing phone exchanges/trade-ins, porting numbers, etc. involves either physically going to a store or spending hours on the phone with useless reps. After failing to add an authorized user online and over the phone, I walked into this store as advised by their useless "customer service" reps. I spend an hour between driving, waiting in line, and getting no help only to be told I need to wait a week to add an authorized user. Thanks for wasting my time AGAIN. The worst customer experience of my life continues to worsen. Learn from my mistakes, stay away, far far away. Save yourself the frustration.
