The customer service is terrible, I have gone shopping twice and the night man at the checkout is rude and disrespectful. That is supposed to be the image and projection of this company before the public but it leaves a lot to be desired...

The worst customer service they didnt even know how to scan rewards for free pizza and I worked for the company in the past and I tried showing the workers only to get attitude and opposition the owner will loose money if he doesnt teach his midday shift people on positive vibes and being cool with customers its not hard I know sometimes being in customer service can be hard if someone is disrespecting you be calm and ask that customer politely to leave but in my case I was trying to help them in scanning rewards I said to the worker please dont be mean to me cause I wasnt mean to him 7/11 corporate or franchise have to properly change policies on how to scan rewards with they cashiers its not hard and take away the you have to selll sell sell no your cashiers are not bussiness that sell sell sell is mind mind games it stresses out your cashires and creates stressful work enviroment your cashiers are not the ceos they are workers who tries to do the best they can
