Dr Meena made me feel very comfortable and solved my discomfort in my tooth.

Beware. Beware. BEWARE. If I could rate Meena  zero stars, I would. If you want the most shoddy and terrible work done on your teeth, go to her for your dental needs. In grad school, our dental insurance only covered few dentists around worcester...so many of us had no choice but to go to Dr. Meena at her Pleasent Street dental practice for dental work. Most of my classmates actually had to have things fixed by another dentist soon after due to what Meena did to their teeth. I thought I had avoided any catastrophes. Until today.... I had a dental emergency where one of my fillings just came out while chewing gum... with it a chunk of tooth. Went immediately to my new dentist to figure out what was going on and how to remedy the situation. This filling in this particular tooth was worked on by Meena...she would bully her patients around and wear them down until they would let her redo all their fillings (going from metal to composite). I am SO ANGRY I let her refill my old filling....because her awful shoddy work is why I needed an extraction today! It was discovered that there was evidence of OLD FIBERS OF GAUZE left behind between the tooth and the composite filling! That's right! Fabric fibers! It allowed an environment for decay to happen which caused the whole filling to come out. My new dentist was shocked and appalled...and FURIOUS...at what led to my issue. I was not surprised AT ALL to look up and find Meena is under investigation with insurance companies due to patient complaints. What I AM surprised is how the heck she still has a dental medical license!Now I had to get an extraction along with a 3-tooth bridge because this tooth was one of my molars...and I need it for chewing. All in all...Meena's absolute garbage dentistry resulted in me being out a substantial amount of money after all the work needed to fix and replace the tooth (and that's with my good insurance). I am SO ANGRY that I was ever talked into letting her go anywhere near my mouth all those years ago. Besides her terrible work, she also has no idea how to run a practice. Back around 2010 she tried to cover up the fact that her then receptionist was committing insurance fraud by billing patients for the wrong things.  In my opinion, this oversight means you're a terrible business owner and super sketchy. So...if you want to have garbage work done on your teeth and deal with a dentist who has checked out...yeah...go see Dr. Meena.

She is kind gentle. and talks you and tells u everything. she is gonna do. No surprises. I don't mind going cuz I know im in good hands.
