      New England Oral Surgery Associates Pediatric and Adult Oral Maxillofacial Surgery and Anesthesia Our oral & maxillofacial surgeons practice the full scope of the specialty with a primary focus on advanced protocols, patient safety, and patient comfort. We have expertise in treating children of all ages and adults. All levels of anesthesia, including general anesthesia, are available in the Billerica, Westford, and Worcester offices. We employ a surgery-anesthesia team approach. Our youngest patients are treated with a specific two doctor/provider anesthesia team protocol.
