Chase Bank

Ive been to this branch 3 times and each time they dont help. They are unhelpful.

I was very upset with Chase for closing my newly opened account because they thought it was a fraudulent account.

Despite multiple phone calls and in person visits, we were unable to setup a simple check scanner for our business in 2 months. Chase has many departments all of which operate separately. Very time consuming and unfortunately unsuccessful.

If youve been a victim of fraud this isnt the spot to go. My paperwork wasnt processed correctly and Ive been essentially without a bank account for a month. They let me open an account, put all my money in it, then put a hold on my account because the fraud claim I made wasnt processed at all, and they havent offered to pay any of the late fees I incurred. Trying to open an account here was easily the worst financial decision Ive made.

This bank is trash they charge $10 on a check to cash total garbage bank trying to make you open an account
