        I ordered jets tonight and they forgot to include my salad in the pickup. Upon finding out I was only offered the option to drive back through traffic to pick it up or get a credit on account which is essentially a coupon for my next visit. They were unable to provide any partial refund or deliver the salad. Pretty lousy service and poor remediation on a screwup on their behalf. Please think twice before ordering here.

        Ordered a pizza for delivery. They said 45 minutes. I called an hour later to ask. They said it was in the store waiting for a driver. I called back after another hour to ask. They said theyd need to make us a new one and would have it delivered in 30 minutes and give us as discount. I called 3.5 hours after the original order and was told it was out for delivery in 15 minutes. I said this was ridiculous to have to wait 3.5 hours. They said theyd give me $5 off my next order so I said no thanks. Cancel.
