Creative Designs Plus

Hands down, I would give Deanna at Creative Designs Plus *10* stars if I could! With her decades of experience and mastery of the field, Deanna turned my generic remodel design on paper into such a fabulous kitchen. Over a several month period, she very patiently answered my numerous questions (several more than once, Im sure) in person, over the phone, and by email, to provide me with the information I desired in order to narrow down the options and ultimately make final decisions. Her perspective was invaluable! And I greatly appreciate that Creative Designs Plus works with companies that make products in the United States with materials from the United States, especially, Michigans own Pioneer Cabinets (!!) (and Cambria quartz). So of course I knew exactly where to go when it was time for new bathroom vanities. I just couldnt have taken on these adventures without Deanna helping me every step of the way! From all the customers I have seen in the showroom working with Deanna, I know many others feel exactly the way I do (unfortunately, we all tend to delay writing reviews when things go so well!!).

We purchased a bathroom vanity pioneer was the company for the vanity which was very nice unfortunately when creative design took the measurement it was too big I agree to purchase a smaller vanity which creative design only gave me $100 off and was told that it was basically the homeowners issue I had them come out again measure my vanity for my space again this time they ordered the one that was too small I was told again by the owner if this was the homeowner's responsibility to make sure that we bought the right size my response to him was I was trying to go to a designer to help me design at for the right space I could have gotten that from a big-box store the big-box store would have given me a credit and given me the right size I have to say I would never use this place again and I'm going to probably have to redo my bathroom again once we can afford it because we actually had to buy two vanities so I would not recommend this place because the customer service if something goes wrong they will not back themselves up as long as things go well you'll be fine but the moment you have an issue don't expect the owner Joe to stand behind his product or his work

We are thrilled with our new kitchen. Our consultant Deanna was a pleasure to work with and very attentive to our project. She provided excellent ideas and suggestions to our design. The Pioneer cabinets we had installed are beautiful and very high quality. I highly recommend working with Creative Designs Plus.

Custom kitchen to the extreme. Joe and Deanna worked through COVID, many changes, complicated order, and more. Photo does not show all the great work they did, and granite not even in yet. Thank you!
