I really thought all BWs were the same. No matter where you went, they arent great, but at least they are consistent. Man, was I wrong. First off the hostess was extremely nice, and got us a seat in the bar section with no wait. Our waitress arrived within a couple of minutes. She was just as nice. She took our order promptly. Our beverages came quick, and the food in record time. Usually the wings are small, and the sauce is sparing...not at this location. For the first time that I can remember, my dry rubbed wings were actually completely covered in dry rub. They also were quite big, not like the tiny ones I usually get at the southgate location. They were cooked to perfection, in short...they were excellent. Beverage refills without asking, and in the way out we were told thank you by at least 6 staff members. I think I may have found the gem of BWs in my area. Message to corporate...Keep this staff happy, they are killing it for you guys. This should be a flagship location.
