        Lisa m. Todd is a liar,a trouble maker and a alcoholic, she comes to work intoxicated almost everyday, and thanks to her gross misconduct and incompetence I am about to lose my apartment thanks to her totally dimwitted personality, she needs to be seriously reprimanded or severely.

        My good friend went through them to purchase a home . She cried through the whole process because southwest do not email back on time . They do not go up and beyond to make sure the buyer have all the documents. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Terrible company! Dont recommend!
