        I felt like I was in a constant fight with Attorney Jackson. It was the worst experience I ever had in a child custody case. Where emotions are high for any mother. He showed no tact. He was very rude and distasteful. He seemed to be doing the other attorneys job for her. If I could give 0 I would.

      It's true that Ms. Brown and I were constantly at odds on how to litigate the case. I cannot disclose the details of our discussions because of attorney client discussions are secret. However, I was never rude or nasty to M. Brown. Although she disagreed with my style of litigation, I was successful in reaching her goals. She wanted me persuade the court to order her child's father to return the child from Ohio. I was successful. She wanted to primary physical custody of the child. She now has it through mediation.In fact every outcome that she told me that she wanted has been agreed to through mediation without an expensive, time consuming trial. I am very disappointed in receiving this review because I worked very hard for her and because I I was successful on her behalf and because I I always treated her with respect. Frank W. Jackson
