Fifth Third Bank & ATM

At first this was a great bank however since they have gone into partnership with another bank everything dealing with financial wellness seems to be more stressful than it's worth. Also they have charged me a overdraft fee even though when my bank account had a few dollars in it. Also and I put a lock on my account . Also I cannot log into my account online anymore and I'm just not understanding why my password can't be reset over the telephone.smh. When I go into the bank I'm gonna pay whatever fee s they have charged down to a zero balance and close my account with THE ONCE GREAT 53 and not look back smh. #BMWFAF

Well I haven't Experience anything bad with fifth 53 Bank when I have to go in service is good Guess the only problem it when money it's in the machine ..

I stop at this branch because of its convenient location. I ONLY stop here for the most minor things I need from my bank. And I love fifth third, I go to a different branch and feel so welcomed and that theyre willing to do whatever it takes to help me solve whatever I have going on. The people working this branch are WORKING this branch. Theyre not there to help people, theyre there because its their job. Banking is something serious, not retail, etc. Anyways, the last time I was there, was next in line, a black lady was called before me, an older black gentleman was behind me, the woman in the office comes towards the 2 of us, completely ignoring me, and helps the gentleman out. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I get called and tell her what I need, she tells me I need to sit down to wait for the lady in the office. Racist.
