Everything was overpriced, customer service was horrible, I will never return back price for monomer was 80 dollars for 8o, One of the lady that work here was on her phone and was not helpful , mean while the other lady was rude and was not helpful NEVER returning back, and the monomer I did buy was acting like someone put something in it to make it not work and when I asked for a Exchange/return. They told me that was Against their Policy. OVERALL their nail product are horrible Don't buy

I went to this place & was being helped by one of the females. I wanted to purchase the item first before they closed to make sure if I didnt already have the same item at my house just for precautions then return the item. We spoke to TWO females, asking them if we can return the product they said YES BEFORE WE CLOSE. Not to come the next day bc they wont be able to. Understand, I come back to return the item and she says we cant refund it. Why would yall say you can return it but then dont return it? Like the customer service system has went down in years. I wanted to go off but I have a professional side bc Im a manager at a few retail stores so I know if Im making a slide promise Im going to keep it. If Im not able to do it I wont give false hope just to make a sale.
