        Called to fill prescription, they had it filled within 5min

        Slow, poor communication. I usually spend more time trying to drop off and pick up my prescription than I do at the doctor's office. I've been texted thet my prescription is ready for pick up, and when I get to the store it is not. A complete joke of a pharmacy. Always lines of people waiting for medicine. It's ridiculous.

        Talk to pharmacist about my prescription that was supposed to be in the refill twice. Never called me to tell me there was a problem talk to me rude. Are you gonna pay that price? I told him I had an RX card well you still got a pay the $600, then hang up on me I had another question about a flu shot. this is the second time I had a problem talking to me rudely and family members. I will find another place and it wouldnt be CVS. I want to give them a zero rating.
