Great customer service I was having a long day decided to go get me some tacos. Happy I chose this Taco Bell we even share some laughs made my day better, and the food was great

Every time I come here its a problem. At this very moment Ive been waiting 32 minutes for six spicy soft tacos. 80% of the time they give me hard dry old potatoes. Also I ordered on the Taco Bell app. She told me itll be 5 to 10 minutes after 15 minutes had already passed. Ill call multiple times and nobody will answer the phone. I dont know what they are doing in there and telling all the cars that they only take an online orders but youre not answering the phone and they are not bringing my food outside of the restaurant. So I guess I wont be able to eat today. I waited for a total of 47 minutes. After I called them twice and them not answering the phone and waiting 47 minutes and I decided to leave. What do you know soon as I pulled in my driveway the app says my order is ready. Well they can take that order and stick it where the sun dont shine. And Im disputing the charge with my credit card company. Trifling restaurant every time I come here is the problem. I stopped coming here for almost a year but they appear to be getting the act together so return but Im not retiring again. Its no wonder why these fast food workers get paid low wages. They deserve it. And for the ones working today thats why you working on a holiday and my order cost more than your pay wage.
