I emailed from their website, no response. I called, and they said they need to be better about checking email. So I described my project, and they asked me to send pictures via text, which I did. I could not get them to respond. I wanted to use a local independent rather than a corporate big box store, but they would not respond. I went to Home Depot instead.....sad. Poorly run or so profitable that they just don't care about opportunities.

My insurance company recommend this company, bad advice they never call you back. Someone came out and took measurements and never called me back.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I ordered a fence. They said 2 to 3 business days 2 weeks later. They told me they never placed the order and then And then they call me back and said they did Place the order So I told them I would be in the next day and she even said all right? I will see you then and I go to get my fence today and they're closed. Waist of my time and my money. Service: Custom fence construction
