Quality Inn Detroit Downtown

We are very disturbed as the website stated an exercise room and fitness center as well as courtesy transportation but they have no workout equipment at all and the shuttle is only Good Friday and Saturday from 4 pm to midnight so we had to hire an Uber for Thursday night concert and Saturday day ball game. Not to mention they screwed up our check in process and we had to make several phone calls to get it fixed. Room was a bit dirty as well Rooms: Not very clean Noteworthy details: Shuttle is only Friday and Saturday evenings if we had known that we would of stayed elsewhere

We had a really nice stay. Went to Detroit for a Pistons game & just wanted a cheap but nice place to sleep and this place was just that. They had a free shuttle that took us right to the game and picked us up right away after the game ended so parking was not an issue at all. The room was clean, bed was comfy and the staff was very friendly. Not the nicest hotel by far but for the low price its pretty nice. Free breakfast had bagels, yogurt, waffles & more. Definitely a good option if you need an inexpensive place to stay during an event downtown

Room is clean, though small. Bathroom is fresh. Employees are very kind and helpful. Very close to the river and downtown.

We stayed here for a Leadership Conference. We were horrified by the rooms cleanliness, the floors and furniture was disgusting and all scuffed up. The room was a no smoking room but it reeked like Cigarettes. The showers had no hot water and the Key cards had to be replaced multiple times throughout the weekend (They kept saying I was going through metal detectors). The area wasn't walkable to anything. It was not an enjoyable stay and we found any excuse not to be at the hotel.
