Because I cant leave a zero star review. Called multiple times to ask for an update on when the pizza would be delivered after surpassing 90 mins and was only met with a disrespectful tone and unhelpful conversation to which the employee hung up on me. When the driver arrived she was very polite and appreciative, but that does not excuse the poor customer service by the store employee. Order as a last option resort.

Worst online experience I've ever had. Do not order from this store. Took an hour and a half just to get a hold of them via phone. They informed me they don't have a delivery driver. LOL. If I could give 0 stars I would. Save yourself and get Jet's.

I WISH I read these reviews before ordering with them. I placed a delivery order at 6:08pm. Called at around 7:15 to get an update on my order because the tracker was not moving. The lady that answered said they as I quote were waiting on our delivery driver she said she was on the way to the store at 8:00pm I get a text saying my order was out for delivery and that is exactly what the pizza tracker now says. I do not have a car at the moment and the store is literally 5 minutes away driving.I have hungry children who should be getting ready for bed right now. Instead, My food I ordered over 2 hours ago is still not here. $38 definitely down the drain. Do not order with this janky unprofessional terrible establishment. My food arrived at 8:40pm and was cold. Delivery driver very nice. Restaurant terrible

Placed order online. After waiting an hour for the tracker to move I decided to call. Was told even if I picked it up myself it would be an hour an a half longer before they can even begin cooking it. Was dissapointed to say the least. Update: Figured I'd try again nearly 6 months later. This time after placing order online I recieved a call 30 minutes later from then saying and I quote, "We ain't got no drivers so we canceled your order." I asked if I could just pick it up myself. They said yeah but you have to repay cause we canceled it. So even though the payment went through on my banks end I had to pay a second time and wait 3 to 5 business days for the first refund. After this I think I have to stop dealing with this location. On top of all of this they also refuse to honor the free pizzas you earn through rewards. This was the case on both accounts too.
