Wish I could give them no stars. They're unorganized and just downright unprofessional. Today we were told we couldn't order any food at 8pm because they close at 10pm. They need better overall management.

I placed an order online and went in to pick it up 5 minutes after the pick up time only to wait in line for 30 minutes just to be told they didn't cook my order because the app orders only pays them 10% then the manager voided my order but said she can't refund me because her drawer would be short so I have to go through the app. This happened over a week ago and still no refund on my order. Terrible customer service, funky attitudes, never on time, just hiring anyone I guess. Well I know I'll never come here again. Keep the 20 the bumbs
