Style Encore - Grand Rapids

I would save some time and always go to the one in Grandville! The employees are so much nicer and they take better quality clothes. I came in with a basket full of free people tops and was told there was a 4 hour wait. Within 30 minutes I had a message saying they were finished and theyre not going to take my items. Very strange

SOME of the people who work there are VERY RUDE!!! AND LADIES please count your items when u take them in to sale.. A few of my items I never got back, they show what their buying and then of course u take back what they don't want... Some of my thing would be missing I choose my battles and sometime you just have to let GOD deal with IT/ THEM... I HOPE management actually ReAD these REVIEWS!!!!!Have a blessed day ladies

Went in to style encore no good clothing there or shoes I can get better things if not the same at the goodwill

Terrible store in Grand Rapids MI, the so call manager looks like 15 years old and she spend two hours talking to a friend whiling she was checking my clothes to purchase, I literally count the time then she give 3 pennies for the stuff she want, I will never sell on there again, they pay you 3 pennies and when you come back you stuff is 4 times more money, Run sell your clothes elsewhere please!!
