They come out and started throwing everything away. Even dog tags from the military. The boss lady was very rude. Then billed for things they never done.

We had never experienced a pipe breaking in our home. Matt and Sam came out and took great care of us. They explained everything they did and put heaters, fans, and dehumidifiers to dry the flooring. They explained what they were doing and why. They stopped back several times to check on us. Also took away all the damaged materials, leaving no mess. We appreciated them very much. We had water damage in our kitchen and basement. ServiceMaster sent Dylan and Colton out the same day. They worked for several hours, explaining what was being done to mitigate the damage from the water. They returned a few times to check the progress and move machines around to insure everything was dry. We were always contacted in advance to check on our availability. They left everything neat and clean. We highly recommend ServiceMaster, especially Dylan and Colton, if you ever have the need for remediation services! Service: Flood cleanup
