    I came to open a account and had to really use the rest room but the girl Nadine said they dont have a restroom, so I assume that the staff dont use the restroom whole day. God bless them.

    If I could give them 0 I would. So I was told to head to a cause bank to be placed on a family account. I was told that all I had to do was bring my ID and a second form of identification to confirm my name on this account right. So I go up to this location the first red flag was at the teller desk there was tellers the first one was helping someone and the other one didnt have one. So I went to the teller who wasnt helping anyone (mind you wasnt a sign that said she was busy/ closed) so understandably I ask for her help and then she told me she was close with a attitude; Cool wasnt mad about the fact that she was closed I was mad by the fact she wait til the teller next to her was done with the customer she was helping right and then says she available to help me. The second red flag was when I finally get contact with the banker I tell him the situation. (Now heres the kicker ladies and gentlemen) He then ask to see my ID and asked for my social then says he sees Im there but I couldnt be on there without some form of paperwork that states Im the right person right. So I go back with my sister two weeks later cause the previous week I couldnt make it and had to reschedule cause I needed my sister cause she is the one who made this account right. We go up there this time for the appointment I scheduled with them right so we was 42 mins late so if the roles was switched i would be pissed too right. So we get to the bank and you noticed the parking lot is packed but when you walk in its empty with one person greeting (mind you this was the same guy who told me to reschedule to see a bank who was him all along right) so this time Im well prepared with my sister. We was told that it would take more than 15-20 mins, then he tried to pass us off to another banker who didnt want do it either. My sister was getting frustrated and asked him to just check to see if I was in the system and this was the following (Yea I was on the account it was me, Im the same person I was claiming I was even after he checks my idea and last chase card and still gave us a hard time with a fake smile to match and followed up with there are other locations that might give you a hard time or might just let get it done right there. Mind you we came in around 11:42 and no one was even in there the two bankers who was there one was supposed to be the one who I made the appointment with tried to pass us to the other banker who wasnt helping no one. My problem really isnt with her cause I didnt make the appointment with her so you cant get mad at her. Feeling unfulfilled with the customer service display we went to the Grosse Pointe location(Fun Fact: they got a 1 star on yelp which is alarming to find out but when you go there actually fast customer service). We wasnt even in there for more than maybe 15-20 I kid you not was able to see a banker, acknowledged I was one of the names on the family joint account, managed to handle reopen and old accounts so I didnt have to open a new account, and was also able to get me a new card after further inspection turned out to expired and the last dude at the other bank didnt even say that part to me. Not even going to lie this was an exhausting process just to be sitting in a chair for a good 20 mins and asked to see my ID 2 times plus type in my pin to some quick paperwork that was later emailed to me same day. (Moral of the story is if you get told something of this manner is going to take more than 20 mins for another location to do what you needed and then some really shows the quality of customer service displayed here. Im not even a regular to this location, not even the one we ended up going to or even Chase Bank as a whole but I have it for family business purposes I actually bank with USAA outside of this. We all human at the end of the day but come on man no one was even in this spot nothing but space and opportunity plus tax on your time wasted.) Hopefully this clears up anything if it doesnt its cool everyone got different experiences
