The management and maintenance folks at Redwood Zeeland are top notch! Ive lived here for 5 years and continue to be pleased with their excellent customer service and urgency when it comes to large appliance issues. My dishwasher began to act up and Francis was over immediately to take a look at it. When it was determined to be beyond repair, a new one was ordered and installed in less than a week. Thank you Bahia and Francis for continuing to make our neighborhood an exceptional place to live!

The property manager stopped what she was doing, despite the fact that we did not have an appointment, and gave us a tour of the model. She was very knowledgeable and helpful!

Redwood was an excellent place to live. It succeeded in a lot of ways that my previous apartment did not, such as active communication from the office, high quality apartments, and a quiet neighborhood within Redwood itself. It was nice that the office staff only had to come into your home about 2 to 3 times per year, and their plans were clearly communicated. My only wishes would be better snow clearing on the main road (needed salt this year) and, of course, a pool. But it was still a great place to live regardless.
