      image We paid close to five hundred for them to do our taxes. Waited two weeks to check with IRS and they hadnt received anything yet. Which we filed electronically so it should have been in by that time frame. We called only to find out they hadnt submitted it yet. It was just sitting there. When we asked about a discount because of their mess up they said sorry we cant change anything cause its been submitted! How stupid. Then we asked for the manager to call. That was two days ago and still nothing. Thank you H and R block, you lost good paying customers.
