        Carlo was great he made a hour long process take less then 20 mins and he was very friendly

        I personally don't bank here, but stopped by this Chase location with a friend while running errands. The parking lot is easy to navigate and was well swept. The person at the counter was friendly and helped make a routine transaction a little more personable. This beach is in a nice location that is off the main strip but is still easy to get to. I didn't get the name of the person that helped us, but kudos to you!

        Atm has been broke for 4 consecutive days. Get a new atm, actually get 2. Just avoid going to this Chase branch. The atm never works and management doesn't seem to care to fix the issue update- Shocker the atm isn't working again
