Ive worked with Tracy and her team for several years now and theyve been able to help me with purchasing and selling several homes. Very responsive, photos of listed homes are always exceptional, and they do a good job overall of keeping you informed throughout the entire process. However, This team appears to prefer the more easier buy and sells. If you have a situation that presents hurdles to overcome, then this may not be a great fit. They seem to prefer more of a low hanging fruit situation that will make it easier on their end.

The whole process of selling our elder parents house seemed so daunting but Tracy was so knowledgeable and kind. Tracy and Amanda helped us through every step of the way and made it a much more manageable task. They were always available for questions. Tracy and Amanda organized the removal of some estate items that we needed to get rid of. They also helped find a painter to give the house a little refresh and staged it wonderfully before it went on the market. I will always be so grateful to them. Thank you so much for making this process bearable during this difficult time. They were so lovely to work with and I cant recommend them enough.

Tracy, Andrea and their partners did a great job with all details of the house sale of my deceased cousin. They took care of the estate sale, cleaning out the remaining possessions after the sale, cleaning and preparing the house for listing, preparing and marketing the house, and then helping navigate through the offers that I received. They were great communicators and kept me up to date during the entire process. I would highly recommend Track Wick and Seamlessly Sold for preparing and selling houses, especially associated with estates.
