        Now that it is not privately family owned any longer the new owners treat you as any other franchise business. You are just another number in their business! Its all about the money. We have had storage there for over nine years and have never been late. Our banks changed the debit card and we had one late payment and they would not remove the late fee. They also raised our rate $30 a month compared to the previous owners. There are other storage Facilities in the area that are privately owned. Please continue to support our small businesses in Salem Township.
