        I called recently asking about the insurance refund from the state of Michigan, worrying that maybe the check has been stolen from my mailbox. Cheri took the time to find that my check has not yet even been processed but was in the process. She explained to me when I should look for it and even how long it could take to receive our check. She really eased my mind and I really appreciate the time she took to find where my check was
