We switched over to RDS last April and have been happy with the choice. Over the years, we went through a few POS service providers and hated dealing with (i don't know if they are greedy or incompetent or both) sales people and management that put their best interest before the needs of customers, (I've had good luck with techs from those other service providers for the most part tho.) Chuck with RDS, on the other hand, has been great to work with.
