        Walked right in and was greeted and waited on immediately. Returned equipment in a few minutes and got receipt. Very nice young man waited on me. Great service.

        Went to the Coldwater store first because it was closer absolutely disappointed with their service. Ended up going to the portage store was greeted by an employee who said they had only been there a month. coldwater store screwed up big time. All I wanted to do was return cable boxes . Portage was able to fix Coldwaters screw up, and apologize repeatedly for the inconvenience caused by Coldwater. Very helpful people in the Portage store with no hassle. I highly recommend the Portage Spectrum Store.
