        Super expensive, Jerry doesn't return phone calls and for being a Fidelity person, doesn't know standard procedures. Save yourself over 400 bucks and go to a real tax professional. Julie the receptionist is horrible. Go somewhere else, anywhere else.

        Desk receptionist is MAJORLY unfriendly. Maybe unhappy or other underlying cause but wow - NOT a warm friendly customer service personality at all.

        Was misled about the cost to do my taxes. Was told between 150-185, maybe a little more. Well a little more came to over 450$. To me thats quite a bit more than a little.
