        Everything I use app to order food I am always waiting for more then 10 mins for my food. I thought using the app made it faster then drive thur.

        Went through drivethru at 9:15am, orded breakfast and a caramel frappe. Got our food and were told we had to wait for the frappe (the one cold item we ordered). We ended up waiting for 12 minutes and ended up driving through again to request it again. The worker was never informed that we were supposed to get one. They were very apologetic and we did get it, but 15 minutes for a frappe was beyond our comprehension.

        This places ice cream machine always being cleaned and at the most perfect times. 4:30 on a Friday seem perfect. And one said its broken and the other manager said its being cleaned.

        Lately this store has been a jumbled mess, not hearing the speakers, rude employees , having you take extra steps for there mistakes, cold food, and wrong orders....this is not only from one day or even a busy day. Come on this used to be the better out of the two stores.
