        The maintenance and office staff are friendly and mostly helpful. I enjoy the many community events that provide the opportunity to socialize with the neighbors and get to know the community staff.

        This community is the best place I've ever lived. The quality of maintenance, cheerfulness of staff, and the beautiful setting are major selling points. I will never regret being here. It's five years and it gets better all the time.

        Great place to call home! They go out of their way to make complex safe and friendly! The maintenance staff goes above and beyond to help maintain the apartments and the grounds. Liv Arbors is a very pro active place to live as well. They always have fun filled activities for us residents and our furry family members. I love calling this place my home!         We have lived here for 2.5 years and hqve loved it. We love that it is a safe community not only for us but for our young children as well. The amenities are great, and the staff is always helpful when needed.
