Legends Morgan Farms

We moved here from Chelsea Parks (also a great apartment complex from this company) to shorten my commute to work in Leelanau County. It's a great location, just outside of TC, so a little more secluded...but also only a few minutes drive from downtown TC. All buildings are recently built, so appliances are all new. Garages are also an option, which I have been loving! Rooms are pretty spacious for a two-bedroom two-bath apartment. Love it!

Being new to the area, I had temporary housing but needed to move to more permanent home. I had looked at several places, and Legends beat them all out. Location, new construction, friendly staff, community events in a nice club house, promise of future amenities. .etc. I moved in mid January 2024 and am loving it!!! It's better than I expected.
