Courtyard by Marriott Traverse City

Stayed here for 1 night and we enjoyed our stay in room 308. Everything was clean and the bed was clean as well. Only small problem was that the tub was a bit small to move around inside and also there was some hair on the tub floor from someone previously. Kayla S at the front desk with blonde curly hair was really nice and helpful since I had a few questions about Starbucks coffee and I grabbed some last minute essentials in the market that we needed. My only complaint is that Starbucks should be open until 12pm to serve breakfast items. The 2 bagels we got were halfway sliced and ice cold. Id prefer to see continental breakfast here with just cereal only for instances like this. Other than that highly recommended this hotel because Kayla S provides amazing friendly service!

Booked room 320, brought my playstation so was happy to know they had a private connection when I called IT, so the public outside the hotel wouldnt be connected and make me lag like other hotels big win. The staff was amazing very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and I enjoyed the flat screen . I also took a swim in their pool it was so relaxing and warm, after I went ahead and ordered their chicken strips with fries a great decision because I was just gonna settle for pizza. Over all a great stay and I would definitely recommend it. Rooms: They are clean, Spacious and comfortable. No hidden secrets they did a well job cleaning the room before I got there so thank you for that. Nearby activities: There's a couple of things to do, I didn't pay much mind since I was excited to game on my playstation Safety: Felt safe after learning the doors to hotel do get locked at a certain hour keeping the staff and guests safe after hours. Food & drinks: Great bar selection with a couple of great mix drinks

The staff here are amazing. They go above and beyond daily. The Manager really supports her team. And it shows in the care that every employee cares for the guest. Yes the hotel is clean. Yes the hotel smells nice. Yes it feels like home away from home.
