        Because I was not there to oversee the job, they spent 7 hours doing what I could have done in two. I guess when you charge by the hour you can be as slow as you want. Also - poor communication.

        I have had Pennington clean for about 3 years now cleaning my cabin and my guest always leave a 5 star review. Not only do they leave everything clean but I have had many times when I needed extra work done and they will go out of their way to help me. They are definitely dependable, I could call them 24/7 and they would be there for me. I highly recommend them!! Service: General housekeeping
