        This store is listed on the Grand Traverse Court paperwork as a place you can get fingerprints done on the RI-008 form, but they dont do that. They were rude about it.

        Had the unfortunate experience of working with them the other day sending a package. Really poor attitudes, not helpful and kinda rude. Don't go here if you can help it.

      We apologize that you thought that we were rude, we just tried telling you we had the FD258 cards and that's what we have always used for federal. The RI-008 is just a different card style. If you bring one in then we you can do your fingerprints. Have a great day and sorry for the misunderstanding between us.
