I was desperately looking for a home in the area last winter and knew exactly where I wanted to be located. And that was, equidistant from my Daughter's home in Traverse City, my Sister and Brother in Law in Beulah and my Church in Cedar. I had previously worked with another agent in the area with minimal results as there are very few homes on the market in the Winter. I was driving through the outskirts of Lake Ann one afternoon and saw a realtor sign, so I turned into the development. What I saw were well maintained homes in close proximity to lakes! I stopped at the home and met Michele ,who was showing the home to a family that were prospective buyers. After the group left, Michele showed me the home pointing out amenities of the home and property lines,etc. I was sold on it! When I called Michele the next morning , she told me that it was sold to the people that saw it before me, the day before! At that point she asked me for the details of what I was looking for. I shared with her my thoughts and she started working on it. I received a call from her the next day and went to look at some homes with her and her husband Marty Gamble. As we toured the homes, Michele and Marty worked as a team and would point out the strong and weak points of the domiciles. In our discussion, they related that they both had a combined 20 plus years in the Construction industry, and it became quite obvious that they knew what they were looking at!! Within 2 short weeks, the team of Gamble & Sharp found for me the home that was exactly what I was looking for, in the specific location I wanted to be, and of course, within my price range!! They listen, they communicate with the prospective home buyer, and they deliver!! I would highly recommend Gamble & Sharp, and will continue to refer any prospective clients to them!
