      image Great place to keep your money safe. The staff is very helpful. You ask them any questions and they'll find a way to help you. Been a member for a long time. They're all very happy to serve you. Even online help is amazing. They helped me reset my password multiple times. I never felt anxiety when I need to go inside and talk to someone. Thanks for all you do!

      image Not really sure what these other reviews are talking about. MSUFCU is awesome. My family holds all of our accounts and loans with the credit union. This branch in particular as absolutely amazing. Customer service could not be better. Thanks for everything you all do for your members and community

      image Worst decision I ever made was opening an account with this credit Union. The customer service representatives act like robots, they are extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I am closing my account today and staying with my home bank, 4front Credit Union..because they are AWESOME
