They don't deliver water. I work on South Garfield, they have returned 1 time to restock our water sense the original drop off. I called on 5/18 and they said it would be either Friday the 19th or Monday the 22nd. They never showed. They show up to the store next-door.

Great installer but I feel we got taken for a ride on the rust filter. They told it was a special filter system to take the rust out of the water before it went into the water softener. We got charged $350. It only added a few minutes to the install which I helped with and the installer said I saved him over a hour of time. After he left I found the same filter on line for $89 . Talk about price gouging. Then we were told after the install they would return to our home and retest the water. I have called 7 times since the install over 2 years ago. We started having trouble with our softener so I called and was looking for something I might be able to check before paying for a service call which costs $160 just for them to show up. All they wanted to do is schedule a service call. So I do not recommend.

We have had our softener for 14 years. Our first time visiting the office with questions and concerns we spoke with Bill Siegmund (Managing Director) who was patient and thoroughly explained and addressed all of our concerns. A great experience. We have been in the office a number of times since then and it has never been a good experience. We have been totally ignored, told someone would call after taking in a water sample, no call. On one visit the office staff were actually arguing over who was going to wait on us. So unprofessional. A week ago our softener started leaking, we called to schedule service and was told someone would call to schedule repairs. A week has passed with no call, and we are mopping up water 3-4 times a day. We called back today and was told that until they schedule enough repairs in our area we are just on a list. We live in a rural area so who knows how long we will have to wait. We were told to turn on the by-pass which we had already done, but there were no changes in the leaking. Today when we called we were told a service tech would call us with another possible temporary solution. No call. We were scheduled to go out of town but having to mop up water 3-4 times a day, we had to cancel due to flooding concerns. This is unacceptable. We have tried several times in the past and again today to speak with Bill Siegmund, but he either isnt getting the messages or chooses not to return calls.
